HR Student Assistant

Key Activities:

Support the Lead HR Business Partner in

  • Day to day activities related to the employee lifecycle
  • Coordinating HRMS (Human Resources Management System) activities with HR Service Centre and line leaders
  • Preparing/updating/maintaining HR policies and related documents
  • Drafting executive summaries and management proposals

 

Requirements:

  • Studies on the field of Human Resource or related area
  • Intermediate English (write/read/speak)
  • Experience with MS Office programs, especially Power Point and Excel
  • Prior experience in the field of HR is an advantage (not in recruitment field)
